Doon Business School BCom admissions are done based on the selection process. The selection process is primarily based on the Class 12 merit. The applicants' CUET UG scores may also be taken into consideration. The selection procedure also includes an online interview and a written test. However, the candidates who have scored more than 60 percentile in CUET or at least 70% in the four core subjects in Class 12 are exempted from the online interview.

As per the overall placement report, the average salary package offered at DBS ranges from INR 8.15 LPA to INR 11.60 LPA. Based on the DBS reviews available on Shiksha.com, the placement rate recorded for BCom courses at Doon Business School is up to 100%. The recruiting companies include Axis Bank, Deloitte, IDBI Bank, HCL, HAFELE, Asian Paints, and Zara. The total tuition fee cost for studying comes up to the range of INR 2,400 to INR 3.82 Lakh. Apart from the tuition fees there are a few other components that are one-time payable which ranges from INR 400 to INR 1,000. The colleges offering residential programme under the Mumbai University also includes the mess charges and hostel charges. Overall the study expenses goes upto INR 11,800 to INR 5.48 Lakh.
