To get admission to BCom courses at HKBK, students are required to fill out an application form. The form can be submitted in both online and offline mode. Basic details such as marks in past qualifications, address, contact details, etc. are to be filled out. Once the application process is completed, the admission committee ranks students based on their marks in the qualifying examination.

- Class 12 marksheet
- Certificate of Indian Nationality in the name of the candidate
- College Leaving Certificate
- Birth Certificate

Yes, the college does provide a refund if a student wishes to cancel the admission. Listed below are the guidelines as per the fee refund policy of HKBK:
- If a student cancels the admission before the start of the course, the entire fee is refunded after the deduction of the processing fee of no more than INR 1,000.
- In case a student leaves after joining the course, and if the seat is filled by another student before the last date of admission, then a refund of the entire fee after a deduction of the processing fee of no more than INR 1,000 will be provided.
