The prominent difference in between both the pathways i.e doing LLB directly, or LLB after BCom, can be in the duration of completing the courses. While B.Com LLB is an integrated degree which combines both the degrees into one which can be completed in 5 years, and pursuing them seperately can take approximately 6 years

You can give B.Com entrance exam of Aligarh Muslim University (AMU) in Hindi as well. AMU allows candidates to opt between English and Hindi for entrance exam of they want to give the entrance exam in one language which student can opt for. But it is always better to cross-check the official AMU site or directly from prospectus for the language code of the exam in addition to other important things that are asked to apply.

For a BCom course at CGC Landran (Chandigarh Group of Colleges), pretty much admission is on the grounds of merit. Direct admissions do not usually happen, save for special cases, like management quota admissions or special considerations. For the majority of students, admission is purely on the basis of merit against the 10+2 marks, and selection takes place according to the merit list prepared by the college.
