Yes, you can study MA Philosophy courses because you have already completed your undergraduate degree and you qualify the minimum eligibility criteria of CUET PG for M.A Philosophy, which requires a Bachelor's degree in any discipline with at least 50% marks.
Since you are eligible for the CUET PG exam, most colleges accepting CUET PG scores will allow you to pursue MA Philosophy in their institutes.

No, it is not compulsory to have Maths as a subject in Class 12 for Mithibai College BCom admission. However, candidates seeking admission to the Mithibai College BCom (Hons) course are required to pass Class 12 with Math conducted by the Maharashtra/ other Indian State Boards or equivalent examination.
