Yes, it is possible for students to migrate from DU regular to DU SOL but it depends on the college you are in. There are many factors, whether your college allows migration or not, the subject you want might not be available.

You cannot directly take admission in 6th sem. You have to start from 1st sem itself. If you are a dropout unfortuantely you have to follow the same pattern.
