While Mumbai's the OG for Financial Markets, Karnataka has some gems too. Colleges like Christ University, Jain, SJCC, Mount Carmel, and RVU offer BCom with finance-focused specialisations, think banking, stock markets, investments, etc. Manipal and St. Aloysius are also worth a look. Just make sure to confirm the exact specialisation offered because names like “Finance” or “Banking” vary a bit between colleges.

In the case of B.Com 2 and Year admissions candidates are generally normal continuation/re-registration of students only as opposed to 1 st Year admission where new admissions are made. Even if you take CUET, you cannot get into Jamia Millia Islamia's B.Com (Hons) programme without taking its separate university entrance exams. The B.Com (Hons) course admissions are based simply on its own Jamia Entrance Test and not CUET. Furthermore you must take the exam and register for it to be eligible for admission into the program.

Absolutely, if you've completed your B.Com and have a deep interest in understanding human behavior and mental wellness, you can pursue an M.A. in Psychology. Many universities such as IGNOU, Amity University, and Delhi University accept students from diverse undergraduate backgrounds including commerce. Some universities may require you to complete a bridge course or pass an entrance exam to ensure you're ready for core psychology subjects. It's a great option if you wish to move into counseling, therapy, HR, or research. Strong communication skills, empathy, and curiosity will definitely help you succeed in this transition.
