Hi, Yes there are admission available for B.Com college under INR1.5 Lac fees. Many colleges offer scholarship which reduce fees. If you are eager to study in Punjab then I would say you can do your graduation in under 1lac in reputed college.

No, Generally, the last college cutoff for Economics honours for the general category is somewhere around 92%. So, if you belong to the OBC category, you should
try to score at least 87%, to be almost sure of
getting admission.

In Khalsa College for taking admission in B.Com plus some other courses there is no need to take any entrance test. The admission is entirely based upon qualifying marks in +2.

These are very good marks for programming but for hons you might get some trouble in admission. But yes you are eligible for B.Com (Hons) or programming. You can get the north campus colleges in programming and for the hons you can get good off campus colleges with out any doubt in DU.

This is the most reasonable fee structure. I would highly recommend it. It is about Rs. 22,500 annually. You can easily pay it out.
