The Faculty of Engineering and Technology (FET) at Jain Deemed-to-be University, Bangalore, offers a fee refund policy based on the reason for cancellation and on when the cancellation request is submitted.
There is a clause that states “Should a student leave after joining the course and if the seat consequently falling vacant has been filled by another candidate by the last date of admissions, the Institution must return the fee collected with proportionate deductions on a monthly fee and proportionate hostel rent, wherever applicable” by UGC regulation F.
