Hello Raghul R, no, Sastra deemed to be university does not prescribe any cutoff for admission. What this means is that a student with any percentage or any ranking can see admission by applying. Of course it's different story whether such student will get admission or not because it depends on the number of seats available and number of students who have applied. Aggregate means your average percentage of marks in your B.Tech. Every college has got some different kind of grading system, some will give maximum GPA upto 10, and some for 4 itself. Your college gives you a grading conversion Certificate about how your GPA can be converted into percentage.

As you know the basic requirement for getting admission in further courses required a minimum of 60% marks so there are chances that you will be selected for IIMs. And don't worry universities always give strict marks.
