It depends and vary on every year.
On an average, For an MBC Candidate, the CutOff should be greater than 197 to get B. tech IT in CEG and above 195 to get B.Tech IT in MIT.
But the Course, Exam, Placements everything are exactly the same in both the Colleges. So try to get CutOff above 195 and get a seat in Anna University.
Your Future will be far good for this Course.

There is no minimum cutoff for KLETU Gunupur in JEE mains. Your board's marks should be above 45%. You can find students with their JEE ranks ranging from 10000- 10 lakhs. I don't know why the students with ranks under 20,000 chose this college. There are better options out there.

The rank predictor has predicted 96.73 %ile in JEE Main (to be above 51000 which is far away from realistic approximation). Please suggest.

The rank at 96.73 percentile would be around 37k because of the season conducted, twice the rank will decrease because the best one will count. Best wishes to you.
