Without JEE you can take admission but you Must appear for the Common Entrance Examination (CEE) conducted by the Directorate of Technical Education, Assam, and be selected for admission.The procedure for appearing CEE usually starts in the month of March/April every year.
Fee structure of Assam engineering college could be approx Rs 12000 per year and for private institutes it varies from Rs 40k to 2 lakh.

Hello Devanshu Nath, when a student takes admission under lateral entry scheme, admission is directly into second year of 4 year degree course. Hence you are not allowed to appear for exam of first year. You will be appearing for third semester exam. Best wishes to you.

The candidate must have pursued a Bachelors degree in BCA or equivalent. If you have Bachelors degree you can do it not with Diploma.

There is no such entrance exam for the admission in Chandigarh University But there is Cucet exam for the scholarship and the admission is done on your marks in 10+2 marks minimum eligibility should be 60%
