Usually, you need PCM or PCB for any B.Sc. So won't be very different for B.Sc. Biotech as well. Hope this helps.

But generally speaking, all examination conducting bodies like NTA etc. Publish on their website the links to previous years question papers. Also if you will search the internet then you will find plenty of sites offering the same. Best wishes to you.
