Yes, Excel Engineering College offers lateral entry for BE/ BTech. Candidates must qualify for the eligibility criteria set by the college. The last rank to be allocated in JEE 2023 by JoSAA counselling was 42,135. The cut-off was for the Indian Institute of Information Technology Manipur to enrol in the Electronics and Communication Engineering course.
