The CUSAT DAT 2025 application form is now available. The last date to submit the form is May 31, 2025. The mode of the CUSAT DAT PG application form is online. The Cochin University of Science and Technology is the main conducting body for the CUSAT Departmental Admission Test. Candidates who meet the eligibility criteria can fill out the application form until the last date.
