That's great that you want to take your career ahead. If you want to do B.Ed course from regular university, then you may apply next year as all universities entrance exams are over now. And, if you want to do from distance learning university, then you can do so now. But, it's better to do this course from regular college because it will be more valuable than doing from Open University. Good universities are DU, Jamia and then IPU. You can search on google as well, you may find many answers of your questions and related questions as well which will give you more clarity about the course and universities.

B.Ed from IGNOU distance will be Rs. 50000 for 2 years. UP RTOU's fees for part-time B.Ed is Rs. 12200. Course duration is 1 year. Kurushetra University's fees for 2-year B.Ed (distance) is Rs. 61500 for 2 years.

For timing, visit the preferred college once:
Bachelor of Education or simply B.Ed is a 2-year Bachelor's degree course aimed at training students to become teachers.
B.Ed. Full Form: Bachelor of Education
Top Job Profiles: Teacher, Counsellor, Librarian
Eligibility: Graduation in any field
Average Course Fees: INR 20,000-50,000

Hello,
Yes, you should take B.Sc and B.Ed courses combined after Class 12th Science to become a Science teacher. You are eligible to become a teacher in government school, for that you need to do 1 year B.Ed programme from any recognized university and after that you have to apply for TET (Teacher Eligibility Test) entrance exam. Here's the eligibility criteria for TET exam
Candidate needs to be graduate in any stream. Minimum 50% of marks needed in order to get admission. In some institutes/universities admissions took place on basis of written test. After completing B.Ed course you need to qualify the TET entrance examination in order

Hello,
Doing a course in B.Ed is a very tight choice for you as it will increase your job pay and also increase your job security.
B.Ed course from Subharti University is a full time 2 years on-ca mpus course. The total fees for two years is RS 82000. There are a total of 200 seats in the B.Ed course.
