As per the eligibility criteria of B.Ed from IGNOU required the following: A Bachelors or higher degree from a recognized university, and Two years full-time regular teaching experience on temporary/permanent basis as Primary/Graduate/Post-Graduate Teachers in Primary, Secondary/Higher/Senior secondary school recognized by the central or a state government or a union territory are eligible to take admission. So, you can be eligible if meeting the said eligibility criteria. Further IGNOU courses have the full validity across the India for all competitive exams. Paper checking of class 10th and 12th students is depends upon the teachers'
