Hi,
The minimum qualification required for entry into B.Ed course is Bachelor of Arts (BA), Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) or Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) form a recognised board/university with atleast 50% marks.

Hi,
In accordance with NCTE norms, regular teachers working in primary, middle, secondary and higher secondary schools in Tamil Nadu, recognized by State / Central government, with a minimum of two years teaching experience are only eligible.
The students must have a graduate degree from a recognized university under 10+2+3 or 11+1+3 pattern.

Greetings for New Year.
I hope, through Ed external course, you mean distance learning course. If you would have provided with educational details, it would have been easier to answer. But never mind.
B.Ed has become mandatory for candidates pursuing teaching as a career. I would personally recommend you to do a regular B.Ed course, as it is given more value. B.Ed from IGNOU is the best distance learning course. For this and any other distance learning course, two years teaching experience is needed. GGSIPU B.Ed Entrance Exam
Candidates must have attained minimum 50% marks in the Bachelor level of degree and for the Masters level courses, the marks must be 50% in the PG degree. Thanks.
