You have to check with them, because B.Ed course is of two years and yes after finishing the course you can teach in any school.

Hi,
The minimum qualification required for entry into B.Ed. course is Bachelor of Arts (B.A), Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) or Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) form a recognized board/university with at least 50% marks.

Hi,IGNOU B.Ed 2019
Admission shall be done on the basis of the score obtained in the entrance test conducted by IGNOU on an all over India basis. You must have at least 50% marks either in the Bachelor's Degree and/or in the Master's Degree in Sciences/Social Sciences/Commerce/Humanity. Trained in-service teachers in elementary education. A complete NCTE recognized teacher education programme through face to face mode. For more details check official website, www.ignou.ac.in.

Hi,Issuance of On-line Forms will start from June. Candidates having passed minimum three years Bachelor's Degree in any discipline from a recognized University with 50% marks (for General Category) and 45% marks (for Reserved Category) are eligible to apply.

Eligibilty: General : 45% SC, ST & OBC : 40% in graduation.
As you don't fulfill the criteria, you can't apply.

So, you can apply for distance B.Ed in Jammu University.
