For pursuing B.Ed you have to completed your graduation or bachelor's degree.then you are eligible for B.Ed.Many entrance exam are conducted for taking admission in reputed college like CET, UP B.Ed.Some universities take merit based admission.you have to pass your bachelor's degree with minimum 50%.

No, IGNOU doesn't take the exam twice a year for the BEd course. The BEd course is just conducted once a year to shortlist candidates for its distance level BEd course.

General B.Ed. Admission Information:
Most B.Ed colleges require a minimum of 50-55% aggregate marks at the UG level for admission.
There is usually no age bar for B.Ed admissions.
Relaxations in qualifying marks may be available for SC/ST/PWD candidates.
B.Ed Course Duration:
The B.Ed course is a 2-year regular (full-time) program, divided into 4 semesters.
Students can pursue B.Ed after completing graduation or post-graduation from a recognized university or institution.
