There are two Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) courses provided by Punjab University:

The two-year B.Ed. (General) course focuses on general teaching.

The two-year B.Ed. (Special Education) course focuses on teaching people with intellectual disabilities.

There is no single B.Ed. degree that encompasses special education and general education courses; these courses are provided separately.  Depending on their interests and career aspirations, prospective students must select one of the two.

Gossaigaon B.Ed. College's Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) course fees a sum of approximately INR 50,000 for the complete course. Most of this figure covers tuition charges, although there might be additional charges for services or facilities apart from this. Inquiring about recent updates or developments in the fee structure by visiting the college personally and getting information on whether there would be any additional charges on the course would be the sensible thing to do.
