No, you cannot take direct admission you need to appear for CET exam which is common entrance test a competitive exam conducted in every state. There is also a CLAT exam which is held for all Indian students who seek to take admission in law

After this course one can specialize in the various fields like accounting, taxation, etc. The courses like CA CS and ICWAI are meant for these specializations. But if one wants to work with the management and business fields then BBA LL.B. Will be more advantageous.
