B.Sc biotechnology is a paramedical course and B.P.T is a professional course. It totally depends on your interest. But what I think is you should choose biotechnology because it has lots of scope and opportunity in the future.

Eligibility for B.Sc biotechnology with subject physics, chemistry and biology only:
But, you can go for B.Tech Biotechnology which is more in technology side of the same domain.

Hi,
You are not eligible for M.Tech program because you should have B.Tech in biotechnology. But, you can apply for any of these fields according to your education background:
1. M.Sc biotechnology.
2. Microbiology.
3. Forensic science.
4. Psychology.
5. Wildlife science.
6. Environment science.
7. Geo informatics.
8. Forestry.
9. Nanoscience.
