B.Sc in biotechnology or Bachelor of science in Biotechnology is an undergraduate bio-technology course. Biotechnology is a field of applied biology that involves the use of living organisms and bio-processes in engineering, technology, medicine and other fields requiring by-products. B.Sc. in Bio-technology is generally three academic year course and the syllabus for the course is also divided into three years. It may be provided on part time basis by certain institutes. B.Sc in bio-technology is an important one that provides a lot of career scopes to the applicants after its completion.

Nothing is tough if you study hard.
But of course, B.Tech has very vast syllabus.
It is a 4 year course.
But, regarding future scope B.Tech in biotechnology is better.

B.Tech would be a much better option than B.Sc.
You should opt for B.Tech in biotechnology.
