To get into B.Sc Chemistry at an IIT, you must qualify JEE Advanced. For General category, a rank under 6000 is generally needed. Top IITs may require ranks within 1500–3000. For OBC, ranks up to 8000 may work, and for SC/ST, ranks up to 25,000–35,000 might be accepted.

For getting a job in any university first you need to clear UGC-NET exam to get admission in any higher institute then you need to get a PhD degree (not mandatory if NET already cleared).

There are various sources where the students can get last 10-year question papers of B.Sc (Hons) Chemistry 1st semester of Utkal University. The sources are:
Official Question Bank of Utkal University:- Select "UG" on the official site and then go to "Science" head. Select your required field and then click on "Question Bank".
YouTube:- Various channels are there on youtube where Previous Year Question Papers are uploaded.

Hindu College, a top DU college, had a closing cutoff of 359 for Chemistry (EWS) in 2024. For Botany, the general cutoff at Hindu College was 541 in 2024. Other DU colleges have similar or slightly lower cutoffs.
So, your score puts you comfortably above cut off levels for both Chemistry and Botany (Hons) under the EWS category. You will be eligible for admission in many good DU colleges.
