1)
To pursue B.Sc, one needs to score a minimum of 50% marks in 12th with Science (Physics, Chemistry, Maths) from any recognized board. The admission is based on the marks obtained in qualifying exam. The cut off marks varies from year to year.

Hi,
You are already pursuing graduation. In case you are planning to change your stream by dropping out of B.COM, then you can go ahead provided you fulfill the eligibility requirements which are as followed-
10+2 level examinations, in any stream with Maths. (Science stream is preferable in most of the colleges)
And in case you are planning to pursue B.SC IT simultaneously with B.COM, then also it is okay.
Another option can be that you pick MCA after B.COM in order to make a successful career in IT industry.

* To pursue B.E. / B.Tech :
- You need to complete 12th with minimum 60% (Physics, Mathematics and Chemistry) from recognized board to join good college. However, there are colleges which take students who have scored 45% - 50%.
- Your age must be between 17-23 years.
- You need to appear in entrance exam.
