You can not apply for M.Sc. In Physics after completing B.Sc. In Chemistry. You can apply for following courses after completing B.Sc. In Chemistry :-
1 M.Sc. In Organic Chemistry / Analytical Chemistry / Biochemistry / Inorganic Chemistry / Physical Chemistry etc.
2) MBA in HR / Financial Management etc.
3) M.Sc. In Clinical Nutrition and Dietetics
4) M.Sc. In Food Science and Nutrition
5) M.Sc. In Clinical Research
6) MBA in Pharmaceutical Management
7) B.Ed.

The Department of Applied Sciences offers a wide range of courses in the areas of Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics to build a strong foundation of students as a part of engineering education. Eligibility for Bachelor of Science (B.Sc ) in Physics (3 years).
Minimum 50% marks in aggregate (with Physics and English as compulsory subjects) at the class 12th level from any recognized Board with at least 50% marks in Physics.

Hi,
I think you can join M.Sc. Computer Applications because the minimum eligibility is B.Sc IT/CS/Maths/Physics. I guess mathematics should be one of your subjects in Bachelor's or you must be related to the related field like IT CS. Still you must check with some colleges as certain autonomous colleges or universities have their own criteria. All the best.
