You can join any small or medium sized IT firm as a developer or tester. You can also join IT department of any business firm, bank, PSU etc. You can also join Defense Services and Paramilitary forces. You can also join as a teacher/ trainer in IT sector.

Both the fields are good and have wide scope but now a day's student are giving more preference to B.Sc in agriculture in comparison of B.Sc in medical. So, you can opt for B.Sc in agriculture in any good and reputed college. Rest all depends on your interest.

Hello,
If you want to pursue M.Sc after completing B.Sc then you have many options available like - you can pursue M.Sc. from IIT or IISC.
If you want to prepare for IIT JAM then you can visit the below mentioned link:

For that you have to write IIT JAM test. After qualifying JAM, you will be eligible for:
1. M.Sc
2. Joint M.Sc and Ph.D.
3. M.Sc and Ph.D dual degree.
4. M.Sc or M.Tech.
5. Integrated Ph.D courses at IISC.
