If I may say so, your marks in NEET are rather on the lower side. Therefore, to me, it seems difficult that you would get admission in government colleges. This is so since majority of students prefer government colleges. However, there is no harm in trying. Hence, I would like to advise you that please do apply online via SAAR and hope for the best.

It is quite impossible but you can try for DU. Except the top ones under DU, you may have a chance. Besides there are many private and government colleges too which will accept your percentile. Please browse through this page below:
