The difference between the two is that you can get an MSW degree after completing the 2-year course. But for the LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker), you need to get at least 2+ years of clinical experience with an MSW degree.
You can get this license after passing a state-level entrance exam. So, you can say that MSW is an educational qualification, but the LCSW is a license gained after an MSW degree + 2+ years' work experience.
