Hi.
Yes ,you are eligible to apply for the MSW (Master of Social Work) program even though you graduated in Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering (E&TC) in 2011.
MSW Eligibility — General Rule (India)
Most colleges and universities require:
A Bachelor's degree (10+2+3) in any discipline from a recognized university
Usually a minimum aggregate percentage (often 45–60% depending on the college)
This means you do not need a specific background in Social Work, humanities, or psychology to join MSW — engineering graduates (like you) are eligible too.

Not necessarily. Most of the time, the entrance exam score is enough to be eligible for admission to the MSW course in India. But you can check the official website to have clarity about your desired college.
