I would suggest you to go for six sigma certification course. It is an improvement methodology for eliminating defects in a product, process or service. The Six Sigma is DMAIC process (define, measure, analyze, improve, control) is an improvement system for existing processes falling below specification and looking for incremental improvement. As per my opinion and my experience, after completing B.Sc from agriculture, there are a lot of good options like you also know that your country is agricultural dominant country and our government is also taking many initiatives for the youth to come out in the field of agriculture. You can go in research area related to agriculture like in soil testing department, forest department and many more good departments. Thank you very much.

Since you have done B.Sc in Maths, so your field must be related to mathematics, which can differ after opting masters in IT. So, that can be a problem for you in future to cope up with the subjects. Along with this, if you are having graduation in Math, so it will be difficult for getting job somehow.
