B.Sc (Post Basic) is a type of B.Sc (Honors), in which the candidate has done some prior academic work which is lower than that of a Bachelor's degree. For example, if you have done GNM (Nursing), then you can directly opt for a Post Basic B.Sc. (Nursing), in lieu of spending 4 years of doing B.Sc (Nursing) again.

Both of the degree have equal opportunities for jobs in India and abroad. However, B.Sc HMCT have great scope over B.Sc-Aviation. Most of colleges provides 100% placement to their students.

Yes of course, you could take admission after class 12th, but don't worry, if you have done B.Sc, You can give entrance examination for MBBS course like AIPMT, STATE PMTs, because they have eligibility criteria for only class 12th with biology. If you don't get selected, then you can go for private colleges, if you are rich. But, there is no use of your B.Sc Degree in entrance.
