Hi Sumit,
Career options after B.Sc. Statistics are in wider range. You can employ in Banking, IT, BPO, Insurance, Quality control etc., Within Payscale 10k-21.5k. But my suggestion is pursue Masters in statistics/Actuarial Science/Computational Mathematics for an excellent career with huge pay scale. ISI Kolkata, DU, St xavier Mumbai are Best.

If you love practical things and love to know about technologies, then you must choose B.Tech, otherwise B.Sc. In B.Sc, you will be gaining the knowledge of theory only. Not a single practical. B.Sc is a 3 year graduation programme while B.Tech is of 4 year duration programme. It will depend on you only that which field you choose to pursue your aim and establish your future.
Best of luck.
