Hi Alka, you can do M.Sc. After B.Sc. Chemistry. Your B.Sc. Marks will be given more weightage than class 12th. Whether or not PCM is required in 12th will depend on the university admission requirements but not required during B.Sc. Commonly.

At least 60% marks are required to be eligible for admission in Delhi University. Since you don't have the required score, you cannot get admission.

As long as you satisfy the eligibility criterion of all the courses, you can apply for as many courses as you want. For example - If you have PCM in class 12th, you can apply for Physics, chemistry and maths honours as well as physical sciences bachelor degree. However, one cannot apply for B.Com . Hence, one should check the eligibility before applying.

You may get admission, but you will have to start from the beginning. There is no provision of offering direct admission to the 3rd year in DU.
