Yes, you most definitely can. Admission into M.Sc zoology would also depend on how you perform in your undergraduate degree, as eligibility into universities may be based on your results in your UG program.

Different universities have different cut-offs for admission in B.Sc (Military Science). DU cutoffs go as high as 99.25%, whereas other universities accept B.Sc aspirants with 70% marks. It is advisable that you check online for the cut-offs in different colleges/universities.

Cut-off ranks for B.Sc. in Agriculture (BCD Category) is around 7797 for candidates (Non-Farmer) in the general category and is the same for women. You can check for a detailed list of cutoffs from the link mentioned below:
