Different colleges have different criteria for admission into their B.Sc courses. Some institutes have written examinations for admission into their B.Sc courses while others may require a minimum cut-off percentage for their 12th exams. 58% should be good enough to get into most institutes for B.Sc. However, students are advised to check university admission criteria individually.

B.Sc veterinary science cutoffs last year for BC-B category closed within 7000, so unless there is a drastic drop in the number of applicants, the cut offs should remain the same in 2017, relative to last year.

To have a career in Agriculture and Technology, you may go for M.Sc inagricultural sciences.
Along side, get training under any of the agricultural laboratories, that will give an opportunity for practical learning.

You can pursue B.Sc but you have to start it from first year there is no provision for direct second year.
After diploma you can pursue direct second year engineering.
