(a) Do MBA and join in food technology company as a manager.

Yes, absolutely, you can take admission in B.Sc in 2017 provide you clear their eligibility criteria and age limits (is any). None college can deny your admission! but college might ask the affidavits for this 2 year of gap!

BSc MLT eligibility criteria for admission
1.Basic Qualification:10+2 (full Medical)
2.Minimum marks score: 50% & above
3.In-service candidates can apply through proper channel with NOC.
Should have at least 45 % marks in 10+2 exam.
4.Age Limit:17-35 years & In-service candidates: 37 years
5.Admission to Diploma Holders:10+2 with 2 years Diploma in Laboratory Technology. after obtaining approval from University. Age limit 35 years.

After B.Sc in chemistry, you could consider options ranging from Biotechnology, Pharmaceutical Research and IT to management, Media, Academics, Social Work and Law, to name a few. Any of the choices listed above will require a post graduate degree in that area like an M.Sc for Biotech, an MBA for Management or a Mass Comm. degree for Media.
