The Course:
B.Sc Physical Science with Computer Science is a program which provides students exposure to the critical domains of the science i.e. Physics, Chemistry and Biology. The first year curriculum provides the basic understanding of core concepts of Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Maths, Environmental Science, Computers and Communication Skills. The curriculum emphasises on the application-oriented approach and development of problem-solving skills in students. The lab courses in this program provide students hands-on exposure to electronic components, instrumentation techniques, microprocessor technology and computer applications.

If you want to do clinical psychology, you can go for any one of the above that dosent matters much but if you want to gain more knowledge I would suggest you to go for B.Sc Hons.

No, there is no such criteria for considering English in B.Sc home science honours from Delhi University. You can opt for this if you have the other required qualifications for it.
