First you decide if you want to be in management or in technical field.
You can take decision accordingly.
I think, B.Sc is a good option but you have to go for Airline industry later on. So, the chances of getting job will be more.
Also, back offices related courses will add more job opportunities in future. You can consider them also.

They all stream are related to each other and also study about the computer programming but their are little difference like B.Sc computer science is little easy than BCA, BCA is advance than B.Sc, and B.Sc IT is study about coding and hacking and program work.
