Hello Kriva,
There are many colleges in Gujarat that offer B.Sc in biology but according to my search, only two institutes offer B.Sc in cell and molecular biology.
They are Dr. Vikram Sarabhai Institute of Cell and Molecular Biology and Maharaja Sayajirao University, Baroda
Their websites are:

You are eligible to seek admission in M.Sc Statsitics in majority of Universities if you had Statistics as subject at least for four semesters or two years in your B.Sc graduation degree.

Hi Tanisha,
The eligibility conditions for M.SC statistics are:
Candidate must have passed B.Sc in Statistics/Mathematics/Computer along with statistics as one of the papers.
And, the marks for admission vary as per different university rules. So, if you had statistics as one your subjects, you can pursue the course. For more details, please refer to the specific college/university rules.
