Hi Naveen,
Hope you are doing well.
First of all, if you are passionate in Photography, then do a full time degree or Diploma course from a well-known and reputed college. Secondly, the options available for you are DCOP Delhi and NIP,Delhi. Many other options are still there, but these two are having some great teachers.

B.Sc is more practical, and BA is more theoretical. B.Sc focusses more on mathematical aspects. It has more number of courses. A B.Sc degree should be your first choice. If you go for an honors course, you get a specialization in the final year.

The B.Sc (CS) course mainly focuses on the mathematical and theoretical foundations of computing, rather than teaching specific technologies that may quickly become outdated. The course prepares you for higher education.
BA is more professionally oriented; it prepares you for post-graduate or research work and also creates professional manpower for problem solving through application of computer science at the interface of business and technology So you can go for BA
