See your interests and aim of life. If you want to move to research, may be physics or chemistry can be the best option for you. In case you love maths, go for B.Sc in mathematics (hons.). So, basically it is about your interest.

There are many good colleges & universities which provide B.Sc Honours like Delhi university, IP University, Amity University, LPU Punjab, Chandigarh University, etc.
To get job in ISRO you will have to clear exam of ISRO which is conducted every year by ISRO

For better career, B.Tech in biotechnology is very good. You will have joint degree.You can approach both the fields B.Tech & Biological. It will be better, if you are able to do it.

Yes, you can get admission in B.Sc computer science in private colleges. There are many colleges which are seeking students to have just passed the +2 stage with any subjects without conducting any entrance exams.
