Yes, you can pursue B.Sc. Getting less marks doesn't mean you are not up for it unless cut-off becomes a hindrance.

You will have to appear for PU's own entrance test for B.Sc. that is CET ug (common entrance test). The score of this test will be normalised with your 12th board marks and then merit lists will be prepared. PCM is the required combination. :)

Firstly, you should focus on your studies because, your percentile is less. Then go for further B.Sc option. I am sorry to say, but you cannot get admission with such a low percentage.
