Diploma Class 10th pass from a recognised board with minimum 40% marks.
Bachelors Degree: Class 10+2 examination with at least 50% marks.
Post-graduation degree: Bachelors degree from a recognised university with at least 45% marks.
Graduate & PG programs may also require you to appear in entrance exams such as NCHMCT, AIMA UGAT, E-CHAT etc.

You have to do both in order to become a good pilot. If you are planning to take Commercial Pilot as a career option then B.Sc Aviation may not directly benefit you except that you will have graduation degree and in long run based on your graduation degree, you can do MBA or any other PG degree.
