You should ask yourself what are you aiming for in the future like bio-tech, bio-medical, bio-chemistry, etc

Yes in India, hospital administration has got more demand because of increasing of medical tourism. More no.of hospitals are coming from abroad. Therefore, there will be good and bright future for the course. Go ahead. AIIMS and Apollo Group are giving the best education in hospital administration. Prefer those institutes.

Both the cities have large number of colleges offering B.Sc in CS. These are affiliated to the connected universities. I feel you can proceed with admission in either of the cities.
