Dear,
If you had maths as a subject in class 12th then you can apply for MCA in top university and appear for admission process.
But why do you want to enter into IT field, if you can specify your career goals then I would suggest you a few other options.

Psychology
Special education
MBA - International business, HR or Marketing even you can think of Finance
Advertising
Journalism
Development studies
Social entrepreneurship
Social work

There are umpteen options available to you after completing your Bachelors in sciences. But the fact is, where does your interest lie. That will determine your next course of action. Moreover, popular options such as MBA, M.Sc, hotel management, mass communication, etc. can always be sort after. Please weigh your options according to your strengths & weakness, interest and mode of achieving them.

BCA is about computers and B.Sc is a science/maths area that you already know. If you want to go for a job related to computers like development or hardware, this is the field for you. Still, to get good jobs after BCA, you will need to go for higher studies like MCA. Same with B.Sc though but doing a B.Ed after B.Sc maths can make you eligible for a teaching job with government as well.
