Aviation is one of the most important and blooming sector of the present era. That is the reason that more and more institute are coming up with degrees in aviation. One such degree is B.Sc in aviation. Under this degree one is taught various ways and methods of operation in the airlines field. People are also taught the management and responsibilities of personnel in airline industry. B.Sc in Aviation includes literally everything about aircrafts. If you think and if you trust yourself that you will crack JEE, drop one year. Otherwise, opt for other courses.
Engineering isn't only thing is this world. There are so many other options.

For B.Sc in agriculture, you can apply for ICAR AIEEA 2017. There is no entrance test for business management I guess.
Although, private universities arrange entrance test for business management.
