After B.Sc Nursing, there are many options available to build a career in your desired field. You may go for courses such as :
-General Nursing Program
-General Nursing & Midwifery
-Hospital Nursing
-Military Nursing
-Pediatric Nursing
-Orthopedic Nursing
-Psychiatric Nursing
You may even go for M.Sc nursing, MBA or MPH (Public Health).
Choose the course on the basis of your interest and skills as it will help you to achieve your long term career goal.

You can go for research. Also, you can teach students of intermediate.

You can look at it with two perspectives. One for the job perspective and one for doing something creative.
