Why do you want to quit B.Sc agriculture after completing 2 years? One more year is left. If you leave then these 2 years will get wasted.
Complete your graduation and then do whatever you want.

According to me B.Tech in CSE is better than B.Sc in CS. You should go for the college which has collaboration with MNCs to set up live project labs for students so that they could learn working on projects at corporate level.

BMC, BJMC, BAJMC and BA (MC) are the same courses having different names and a bit different structure offered by various institutes. These all are Bachelor's degree courses in the field of journalism and mass communication.
Apart from that, BMM stands for Bachelor of Media Management which is also a Bachelor's degree in Media sector.
BJMC is the modern one which has all the subjects of journalism, mass media, and communication.
Other all are same and called differently in different colleges.

Both are equally good courses, you have to choose according to your interest only. After doing both courses, you have good job options. You may get both government and private jobs. The only difference is that after doing BPT, you will be designated as a doctor and you can do your own practice and after nursing, you will be known as a nursing sister only but both have good career scope in future.
