Depends in which field you want to make your career in. If it is your ultimate goal then BCA+MCA will be a good choice and if you want to go in the agriculture field, then Masters in agriculture after B.Sc. agriculture will be a good.

B.Tech CSE is a higher and superior educational qualifications. It is the de facto most accepted qualification for job as a developer in IT industry. B.Tech CSE graduates are the first in any engineering college to get placed in campus placement. B.Sc graduates only get low end application support roles in starting of career and grow as developer with experience.
