You need to score a minimum of 50%-60% marks in physics to get admission for B.Sc. For reputed college, marks will increase.

Botany:- all gardening and plants with very less jobs
Zoology:- animal love, but veterinary ppl will get a real job u will end up being a teacher
Chemistry:- Lot of har work if you some how survive with good grades then u may land up in some chemical company smelling ethanol ur whole life, if u struggle passing chemistry u have no options but to get a teachers job
Physics:- Companies are nt at all short of Enginners why would they hire u, So u will have to do Msc Physics and end up doing teachers job again

There are number of ways through which you can join army in true sense. B.Sc or B.Tech dent really matter if you want to join army as an officer but not in technical field. For joining army the main eligibility is to have 10+2 scheme with science. You can join NCC through which you can join army. Or you can join directly any army academy by giving their respective entrance exam on the basis of 10+2 (science).
Good to see a girl interested in joining army. I hope your dream comes true.

The market is highly competitive in the present scenario. If you want to have rewarding career, mere bachelors degree is not enough. Doesn't matter which stream you belong to, you must be highly qualified to get a satisfying job in big companies. As far as small and medium sized companies are concerned, they prefer graduate with work experience.
